Can I get a refund?
The sale of museum admission tickets or related services is considered a sale of leisure services and confers no right to a withdrawal period. Tickets are valid for the chosen time and date only, and cannot be modified, exchanged or refunded.
Times and dates cannot be modified once booked.
However, in the event of a cancellation or modification of the relevant service by the Louvre, you will be entitled to a refund. Refund eligibility criteria are specified in the museum’s Terms and Conditions.
